Server Status Nov 4

Hi everyone,

WebBasedCron was down from approximately 3am EST to 9am EST today Tuesday November 4th. My apologies for any inconvenience. The problem has been resolved and everything is back to normal.

i was wondering by my process hadn’t executed.

is there any way you can edit the system so we can set the time zone we operate in … then you edit the times to work localy? this would realy help when i need to set times.

Our servers are in Toronto, Canada, so we operate in Easter Standard Time. I’d be more than happy to help you setup your cron jobs to take into account your time difference. Please open a support ticket with your timezone.
